益气养阴清热法治疗生殖器疱疹体会

摘　　要：提出复发性生殖器疱疹的发病机理是"淫毒夹湿毒致病导致气阴两伤"的病因病机学说。在治疗上应遵循"扶正祛邪"的原则,采用"益气养阴,清热利湿解毒"之法。初发性生殖器疱疹,应用经方甘草泻心汤治疗,复发性生殖器疱疹应用参芪止疱方治疗。It is proposed that the pathogenesis for recurrent genital herpes is damage of Qi and Yin due to dampness evils combined with other evils. The treatment principle should be rectifying the vital Qi and eliminating evils, so methods of supple- menting Qi and nourishing Yin and clearing heat and eliminating dampness and evils should be adopted. The newly diagnosed gen- ital herpes can be treated with the classic prescription called Gancao Xiexin Decoction while the recurrent cases can be treated with Shenqi Zhipao Formula.
