桂枝化学成分及心血管药理作用研究

摘　　要：桂枝为历代中医常用的中药之一,广泛应用于临床治疗。文章围绕其化学成分及其心血管药理作用进行分析,从桂枝中分离的主要化学成分有:桂皮醛、肉桂酸、2-甲氧基肉桂酸、1,4-二苯基-丁二酮、香豆素、β-谷甾醇、多聚体糖苷及多种二萜类化合物。心血管药理研究表明其具有扩血管、抗氧化、降血脂等方面的药理活性。因此研究结果表明桂枝有效成分在心血管系统的治疗方面具有良好的药物开发前景。Guizhi is widely used in clinical treatment as Traditional Chinese Medicine. To study the chemical constituents and pharmaceutical action in the dried tender stem of Cinnamomi cassiaThe compounds were respectively identified as cinnamylalde- hyde, cannamic acid, 2-methoxy cinnamic acid, 1,4-diphenyl-butane-dione, coumarin, 13-sitosterol, diterpenoids and polymer-gly- coside. Experimental research demonstrated that Guizhi had vasodilative effect, antioxidation and reducing bolld lipid. It showed that Guizhi has good prospects in the treatment of cardiovascular system for drug development after component analysis and mech- anism on cardiovascular system.
