中西医结合治疗高原地区股骨颈骨折42例

摘　　要：股骨颈骨折,多见老年人,尤以50～70岁者为最多。对于高原地区,在治疗时要特别注意高原对治疗的影响,因此本院采取股骨颈空心加压螺纹钉内固定术结合中医三期辨证用药的方法治疗股骨颈骨折,并取得较好的疗效。Fracture of femur neck often occurs in the old, especially in those aged 50 - 70. For patients in plateau section, the influence of plateau on treatment should be paid attention to. Thus,in the author＇s hospital ,internal fixation with hollow compres- sion screw combined with Chinese medicine therapy based on syndrome differentiation was used, which achieved obvious effects.
