艾叶浴足剂治疗小儿脾虚泻60例

摘　　要：目的:观察艾叶浴足剂治疗小儿脾虚泻的疗效。方法:120例均为中医科就诊患者,随机分成两组,各60例。治疗组在口服白术散、健脾散的基础上,每日1剂温泡双足,同时按摩涌泉、三阴交、足三里等穴。时间为20min,6天为1个疗程。对照组单纯口服白术散、健脾散。结果:治疗组总有效率95%;对照组总有效率为65%(P﹤0.05)。应用艾叶浴足剂的治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:艾叶浴足剂治疗小儿脾虚泻疗效好。Objective：To observe the effect of foot bath with Artemisia leaf for treating infantile diarrhea due to spleen deficien- cy. Methods ：120 cases were all in TCM department,which were randomly divided into two groups with 60 in each group. Based on taking Baizhu Powder and Jianpi Powder orally, patients in treatment group used foot bath with Artemisia leaf and massaged Yongquan, Sanyinjiao and Zusanli for 20rain. 6 days was a course. Patients in control group only used Baizhu Power and Jianpi Powder. Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was 95% while in control group was 65% （P 〈 0.05）. The treatment group was superior to the control group. Couclusion： Foot bath with Artemisia leaf has good effect on infantile diarrhea due to spleen deficiency.
