复方穿蛭透皮贴剂治疗腰椎骨质增生的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方穿蛭透皮贴治疗腰椎骨质增生的临床疗效。方法:将200例腰椎骨质增生患者随机分为两组。对照组采用中药煎剂口服治疗,每日2次;治疗组采用纯中药制剂-复方穿蛭透皮贴剂(以阿魏、甲珠、三七、水蛭、土虫、杜仲等中药为主要处方)每日1次,每次1帖治疗。两组均以4周为1个疗程,根据病情轻重,治疗1～3个疗程,然后进行疗效判定。结果:治愈率治疗组94.0%,对照组83.0%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:复方穿蛭透皮贴治疗腰椎骨质增生疗效显著。Objective ：To observe the curative effect of Compound Granule frnm the transdermal patch of Chuanzhi on lumbar bone hyperplasia. Methods ：200 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly. The control group was given oral treatment of tradi- tional Chinese medicine decoction,twice a day. The treatment group was given pure traditional Chinese medicine preparation - Compound Granule from the transdermal patch of Chuanzhi （ asafoetida, armor bead, Sanqi, leech, soil insects, eucommia, and so on） once a day, 1 piece of paste for each time. The two groups took 4 weeks as 1 course of treatment,lasting 1 - 3 treatment cour- ses according to the condition of diseases. Then the curative effect was determined. Results ：The cure rate on the treatment group was 94.0% , and the control group was 83.0% there was a significant difference（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：Compound Granule from the transdermal patch of Chuanzhi has a significant curative effect on lumbar bone hyperplasia.
