摘　　要：目的:建立宁夏枸杞中总酚酸的含量测定方法。方法:以绿原酸为对照品,采用分光光度法。结果:绿原酸在1.28～20.5μg·mL-1范围内浓度与吸光度呈现良好的线性关系(R=0.9997),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=1.1%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便、结果准确。Objective ：A method was established for determination of total phenolic acid in Lycii Fruatns. Methods：The total phenolic acid was determined with the chlorogenic acid as the standard reference hy spectrophotomewy. Results：The results show that chlorogenic acid presents a good linear relation at the range of 1.28 - 20. 5 μg·mL^-1（ R = 0. 9997 ） , and the average recover- y is 99.6% with RSD = 1.1% （n =6）. Conclusion：The quantitative method is simple and reliable.
