山里红叶化学成分牡荆素及芦丁的分离鉴定

摘　　要：目的:研究山里红叶中(Crataegue pinnatifida Bge.var major)的化学成分。方法:用大孔树脂、硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、薄层色谱、葡聚糖柱色谱等技术进行分离纯化,根据紫外吸收,液相色谱和核磁共振进行结构鉴定。结果:得到化合物牡荆素及芦丁。结论:牡荆素及芦丁纯度经高效液相色谱归一化法达99%。Objective：The purpose is to study the compound in the leaves of Crataegue pinnatifida Bge. var major. Methods Separating the compound with thin layer and column chromatography and purified by macro polymorous resin, the compound was i dentified using the high performance liquid chromatography （ HPLC ） and nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR） method. Results ： Vi texin and rutin was obtained at last. Conclusion ：The purity of vitexin and rutin was over 99% identifed by HPLC method.
