产后访视护理干预联合中药汤剂的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究产后访视护理干预联合中药汤剂的临床效果。方法:选择120名初产妇作为研究对象,随机分为给予产后访视护理干预联合中药汤剂的观察组和常规产后访视的对照组,观察产褥期相关知识和行为、乳汁量及乳房肿胀发生例数、负面情绪。结果:观察组产褥期知识得分(32.78±3.37)、产褥期行为得分(32.44±3.57)、24 h、48 h、72 h乳汁量均明显高于对照组;分娩后HAMD评分(15.47±1.42)、HAMA评分(17.78±1.56)、乳房肿胀例数均明显低于对照组。结论:产后访视护理干预联合中药汤剂具有积极的临床意义,适合应用于我区产褥期产妇的护理。Objective：To study the clinical effects of postpartum visit nursing combined with Chinese medicine decoction. Methods ： 120 primiparas were collected as study object and randomly divided into observation group given postpartum visit nursing intervention combined with Chinese medicine decoction and control group given conventional postnatal visit. Then puerperium - related knowledge and behavior, milk volume and breast swelling cases, negative emotion were observed. Results ： puerperal knowl- edge（32. 78 ± 3.37 ） ,puerperal behavior scores（32. 44 ± 3.57） ,24 h,48 h,72 h milk volume of observation group were signifi- cantly higher than control group,HAMD score （ 15.47± 1.42） ,HAMA score （ 17.78± 1.56） ,breast swelling cases of observa- tion group were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion：the postpartum visit nursing intervention combined tradition- al Chinese medicine decoction has positive significance and are suitable for application in my area.
