摘　　要：分析了当前中文图书采购的现状及采购环境的变化,提出了相关的改善措施,如拓宽采购渠道、建立"专家选书"机制、做好需求调查、提高采购人员素质等。This paper analyzes the present situation of current Chinese books purchasing work and the changes of books purchasing environment, and puts forward some improvement measures such as broadening the purchasing channels, establishing experts＇ books choosing mechanism, doing a good job for readers＇ needs analysis, and improving purchasing personnel＇ s quality, etc.
