摘　　要：以连云港市图书馆为例,分析了公共图书馆免费开放后面临的主要问题,探讨了公共图书馆免费开放后可持续发展的有效对策。Taking Lianyungang Library as an example, this paper analyzes some main problems faced by the public library after free opening, and probes into some effective countermeasures for the sustainable development of the public library after free opening.
