摘 要:结合液气射流泵的工作特点,介绍了其不同的应用场合时对泵具有不同的性能要求。以喉管/喷嘴面积比m为主要研究参数,在喉管长度固定情况下,对15种面积比(1.1025~110.25)单级液气射流泵工作性能进行了试验研究,结果显示面积比大小具有一定范围使泵正常工作,小面积比的液气射流泵可以得到较大的压力比,大面积比情况下可以得到较大的液气比。对于本文试验中给定的供水离心泵扬程大小和液气射流泵模型,以液气射流泵效率最高为衡量,存在最优面积比使泵效率最高,且该值与Cunningham经验公式变换后的计算值一致,同时试验得到小面积比情况下(m<4.41)合适的工作水压力值。试验结果为液气射流泵的工业应用提供依据。The characteristics of the liquid jet gas pump' s (LJGP) working performance were introduced, and its different per- formance should adapt to its different applications. The throat/nozzle area ratio m of LJGP is the main parameter that was studied in this paper. With the throat length fixed, the hydraulic performance experiments of single-stage LJGP were carried out with 15 kinds of area ratio ( 1. 1025 - 110.25). The results show that there is a range of area ratio that keeps the pump working normal- ly. The smaller area ratio could bring about the larger pressure ratio, and the larger area ratio of LJGP could lead to a larger gas/ liquid volume flow ratio. Under file condition of the given model LJGP and the water supply centrifugal pump, and judging by the efficiency, there is an optimal area ratio value which make the LJGP working more efficiently, this value is consistent well with the calculating result of the transformed Cunningham' s empirical formula, and as for the small area ratio ( m 〈4.41 ), there is an appropriate working pressure value. The experiment results and the conclusions provide the basis for the LJGP' s engineering ap- plications.
