摘　　要：以上海市电力公司作为企业样板,剖析了其档案信息化管理及体系建设现状,包括与档案相关的信息系统建设和它们之间的集成架构。通过企业内容管理(ECM)模型,结合企业的档案管理及信息化战略,从组织、管控、流程和技术四大维度,建立企业数字档案馆研究模型。从组织精益、管控全面、流程规范以及技术先进四个方面规划数字档案馆的建设方案,以求在新的理论和方法指导下,探寻企业级数字档案馆建设的最佳实践。This paper takes Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company（SMEPC） as enterprise model and analyzes its archives information management and system construction situation,including the relevant information system construction and the integrated architecture between the systems.Enterprise digital archives research model is established based on ECM（Enterprise Content Management） model and combined with enterprise archives management and information strategy,as well as composed of four dimensions： organization,control,process and technology.Then,the construction scheme is planned from four perspectives： perfect organization,comprehensive control,standard process and advanced technology.This study aims for the best practice of enterprise digital archives construction under the guidance of the new theories and methods.
