摘　　要：目的了解我省凉山彝族自治州母子健康促进项目地区农村妇幼健康相关行为现况,确定主要行为问题,分析其影响因素,为制定适合当地的母子健康促进策略提供科学依据。方法在项目地区分育龄妇女及孕妇组、育龄妇女家属组、乡村医生组、妇保人员组进行小组访谈,对当地县卫生局、妇幼保健院领导进行个人深入访谈。收集资料并对访谈结果进行归纳分析。结果在多种妇幼健康相关行为中,当地农村孕产妇不做产前检查、不住院分娩是最为突出的行为问题。其主要影响因素有基层妇幼卫生服务能力、目标人群文化水平和卫生保健意识、经济收入,交通以及传统习俗等。结论提高孕产妇产前检查和住院分娩是提高当地妇幼健康水平的一个突破口。应该努力提升当地妇幼卫生服务能力和可及性,出台相关支持性政策,倡导移风易俗并鼓励互帮互助,在少数民族育龄妇女中开展面对面的健康教育,提高她们对产前检查和住院分娩的认知,促进健康相关行为的形成。Objective To master health demands in Liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture, analysis the main problem and the related factors. Methods Take groups interviews among women of child-bearing age, the pregnant, pregnant folks, village doctors and village maternity and child care providers. And take individual interviews among the leaders of county health depart- ment and maternity and child care centers. Results The most important problems are antenatal examination and inpatient deliver- y. The main factors to the two problems are local maternity and child care service abilities and level, cultural degree and health consciousness of target people, income, traffic and traditional custom at local areas. Conclusion The rate of antenatal examina- tion and rate of impatient delivery are the breakthrough points of maternity and child health problems in local area. Maternity and child care service abilities, level and accessibility should be improved. Government department should carry out some policies to encourage local people change the traditional customs. And also practice face to face health education among minority women, in order to improve their awareness of the important about antenatal examination and inpatient delivery.
