单操作孔电视胸腔镜技术治疗胸部良性疾病的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨单操作孔电视胸腔镜(VATS)治疗胸部良性疾病的手术指征,手术方法及疗效。方法 2008年3月～2011年10月,共完成单操作孔电视胸腔镜胸部良性疾病手术86例。结果无中转开胸,无严重并发症,无死亡病例。结论单操作孔电视胸腔镜手术治疗胸部良性疾病创伤小,切口美观,手术安全,并且具有减轻疼痛和感觉异常的优点。Objective To explore the surgical indications, surgical methods and effect of operation of two-pore video-as- sisted thoracoscopic （ VATS ） treatment of benign breast disease. Methods 86 operation cases of benign breast disease with two-pore video-assisted thoraeoscopic were completed from March 2008 to October 2011. Results All the groups of operation were completed successfully. There is no transit tberacotomy, no serious complications and no deaths. Conclusion Two-pore vid- eo-assisted thoracoscopic （VATS） treatment of benign pulmonary disease is safe, with little trauma and beautiful incisions. It has the merit of alleviating pain and paresthesia as the surgical method for patients.
