摘 要:目的了解成都地区普通人群的超声骨密度水平和骨质疏松的流行现状,为本地区人群骨质疏松的防治提供依据。方法采用定量超声骨密度仪对9111名健康体检者的跟骨超声声速值(SOS)进行测定,同时测量记录受检者的年龄、身高、体重,并进行统计分析。结果①男、女性的跟骨超声声速值(SOS)随年龄的增长而降低,50岁以上各年龄组男性的跟骨SOS值均明显高于女性(P<0.05);②男性骨质疏松患病率为3.5%,女性骨质疏松患病率为14.7%。除20~29岁组外,女性各年龄段的骨质疏松患病率均高于男性;③骨质疏松组的BMI值明显低于非骨质疏松组,BMI<18.5的男性的骨质疏松患病率明显高于BMI≥18.5的男性(P<0.05);④绝经是女性骨质疏松的重要危险因素,绝经女性发生骨质疏松的危险是非绝经女性的2.8倍。结论成都地区普通人群男性和女性的骨密度变化规律和骨质疏松流行水平存在差异,低体重指数的男性和围绝经期女性是骨质疏松的重点防治对象,应定期监测骨密度,早期预防。Objective To explore the epidemiological situation of osteoporosis among healthy people in Chengdu area, and to provide information on prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in this area. Methods The speed of ultrasound (SOS) were measured in 9111 healthy people in Chengdu area using quantitative ultrasound bone densitometer, as well as people's age, height and weight. Results The SOS of both male and female were reduced with the increasing of age. The SOS of male who was over 50 years old was significantly higher than those in female (P 〈 0.05 ). The prevalence rate of osteoporosis was 3.5% in male, and 14.7% in female. Except those who aged from 20 to 29, the prevalence rate of female on each age group was higher than that in male. The BMI of those having osteoporosis was lower than that without osteoporosis. The male whose BMI were lower than 18. 5 had higher risk of osteoporosis than those whose BMI were bigger than 18.5. Menopause was one of the most important risk factors of osteoporosis in female, which would increase the risk ofosteoporosis. Conclusion The epidemiological status of os- teoporosis and characteristics of calcaeal ultrasound parameters were different among male and female. Perimenopausal women and low BMI male were those who have higher risk of bone loss. They should prevent bone loss as early as possible and get regular bone mineral density examination.
