摘 要:目的建立灵芝水提物中多糖的含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供依据。方法采用水提醇沉法提取灵芝水提物中粗多糖,加入铜试剂沉淀其中具有葡聚糖结构的多糖,以葡聚糖为对照品,使用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定其含量。结果不同来源的同一品种灵芝水提物中多糖含量有一定差别,赤芝水提物多糖的含量与紫芝水提物无明显差异。结论该方法稳定、准确、可靠,可用于灵芝水提物的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish the method to determinate the content of polysaccharide in Lingzhi water extracts,it may provide the basis for quality control of Lingzhi water extracts.METHODS The polysaccharide in Lingzhi water extracts was prepared by water extracting and ethanol precipitating.The copper reagent was added to deposit the polysaccharide whose structure was similar with the glucan and used the method of phenol-sulfuric acid to determinate the content of polysaccharide.RESULTS The contents of polysaccharide were different in same species and were no significant differences between G.lucidum water extracts and the G.Sinensis water extracts.CONCLUSION The method is stable,accurate and creditable.It can be used for the quality control of Lingzhi water extracts.
