摘 要:目的建立利咽颗粒中次野鸢尾黄素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(36∶64),检测波长为266nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为30℃。结果本法精密度高,稳定性好,次野鸢尾黄素浓度在1.4464~8.6784μg.mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率97.5%,RSD为1.11%。结论本方法简便,准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of irisflorentin in Liyan granules.METHODS Using a HPLC method with Hypersil BDS C18 column(4.6×250mm,5μm),the mobile phase was a acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid(36:64),the detection wavelength was 266nm,flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,and column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS The precision and stability were fine,The standard curve of irisflorentin was rectilinear within the range of 1.4464~8.6784μg·mL-1,r=0.9999.The average recovery of irisflorentin was 97.5% with RSD of 1.11%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of irisflorentin.
