摘 要:通过正交表设计实验,利用高温高压釜腐蚀实验并辅以失重法,研究了温度、Cl-浓度、S2-浓度和HCO3-浓度对G105钻杆材料多元腐蚀行为的影响。采用体视显微镜和SEM观察腐蚀形态和产物膜形貌,同时利用X射线能谱分析仪(EDS)进行产物膜成分分析。结果表明,在实验研究范围内,NaHCO3浓度是最大的影响因素,其次是温度和Na2S浓度,NaCl浓度的影响最小;腐蚀环境严重影响腐蚀速率;在60℃,NaCl浓度为5g/L,Na2S浓度为7g/L以及NaHCO3浓度为1g/L环境下,G105钻杆材料的腐蚀以NaHCO3引起的腐蚀为主;在60℃,NaCl浓度为50g/L,Na2S浓度为30g/L以及NaHCO3浓度为30g/L环境下,G105钻杆材料的腐蚀以Na2S引起的腐蚀为主。The influence of temperature, Cl- concentration, Se concentration and HCO3- concentration on G105 muhifaetor corrosion behavior was investigated by high temperature and pressure kettle with weight loss method in this paper. And the experiments were arranged with orthogonal table. The corrosion form and prod- uct topography were observed by stereomicroscope and SEM, and the composition of corrosion product was ana- lyzed by X-ray energy spectrum analyzer (EDS). The results show that, in the research range of this test, NaHCO3 concentration was the biggest factor, the second was temperature and Na2S concentration, while NaCl concentration was the minimum factor; corrosion environment seriously affects corrosion rate; at the tempera- ture of 60℃, when NaCl concentration was 5g/L, Na2S concentration was 7g/L and NaHCO3 concentration was 1g/L, the main corrosion of G105 drill pipe materials was caused by NaHCOa. At the temperature of 60℃, when NaCl concentration was 50g/L, Na2S concentration was 30g/L and NaHCO3 concentration was 30g/L, the corrosion was mainly caused by Na2S.
