摘 要:构建了PNIPAAm-g-EVA/明胶支架复合人工皮肤样品,并初步考察了该人工皮肤的细胞相容性。由于明胶支架的生物相容性已经得到充分验证,主要选择成纤维细胞为实验细胞,PNIPAAm-g-EVA膜为研究对象。采用含有胶原酶的消化液消化组织块,在较短时间内可获得足够数量的成纤维细胞。成纤维细胞与PNIPAAm-g-EVA膜共培养结果表明,成纤维细胞在膜表面粘附力强,生长、增殖情况良好。说明与PNIPAAm-g-EVA膜共培养并未影响细胞的正常生理功能,PNIPAAm-g-EVA具有良好的细胞相容性。In this study a gelatin/PNIPAAm-g-EVA bilayer artificial skin had been constructed and its cell com- patibility had also been assessed. As the good biocompatibility of gel had already been proved. So we focus on assessing the cell compatibility of PNIPAAm-g-EVA membrane. Rat skin fibroblasts were cultured in vitro with PNIPAAm-g-EVA membrane for different periods, and the results indicated that the proliferation of fibro- blasts on PNIPAAm-g-EVA membrane increased with time significantly. Imnunohistochemical staining of fi- broblasts were positive. Therefore, it can be concluded that the PNIPAAm-g-EVA membrane has good cyto- compatibility on the basis of positive effect on the attachment, proliferation and growth of fibroblasts.
