PCT和IL-6在感染性疾病中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)与白介素-6(IL-6)在感染性疾病中的诊断价值。方法:采用罗氏全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪检测90例细菌感染性疾病、80例病毒感染性疾病和80例健康体检正常人血清PCT、IL-6含量,并对其结果进行分析。结果:细菌感染组PCT和IL-6含量显著高于病毒组及正常对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05),病毒感染组PCT和IL-6含量与正常对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),细菌感染组PCT和IL-6含量之间存在正相关性(P<0.05),病毒感染组PCT与IL-6含量之间无相关性(P>0 05),细菌感染组PCT、IL-6的阳性率显著高于病毒感染组及正常对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05),病毒感染组PCT、IL-6阳性率与正常对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),细菌感染组PCT的阳性率明显高于IL-6,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:IL-6在细菌感染中会出现阳性,但其不如PCT敏感,PCT检测是鉴别诊断细菌、病毒感染性疾病的良好指标。Objective To explore diagnostic value on serum contents of PCT and IL-6 in infectious diseases.Methods The contents of PCT and IL-6 of serum samples were from 90 bacterial infection cases,80 viral infection cases and 80 normal persons served as control group.The levels of serum PCT and IL-6 were detected by roche automatic immune analyzer with electrochemiluminescence and the results were analyzed.Results The levels of PCT and IL-6 in bacterial infection group were statistically significant difference from viral infection group and non-infection group.Meantime,the level in bacterial infection group was highest（P0.05）.The positive rates of PCT and IL-6 in bacterial infection group were statistically significant difference from viral infection group and non-infection group（P0.05）.The positive rate of PCT was more higher than the rate of IL-6 in bacterial infection group and significant difference existed（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is indicated the positive rates of IL-6 is less than PCT in bacterial infection diseases.It shows that the level of PCT is a good index to differentiate bacterial infection from non-bacterial infection.
