摘　　要：在对江苏省各地市充分调研的基础上,运用文献资料、政策分析、问卷调查和实地考察等研究方法,结合政策过程理论及体育产业政策分类体系,对江苏省体育服务产业政策表现形式、政策执行状况进行研究,评价目前江苏省体育服务产业政策执行效果,分析江苏省在发展体育产业的政策实施过程中存在的问题并提出建议。Investigation of each city of Jiangsu Province has been made via document literature, policy analysis, questionnaire survey and field study, with consideration to the theories of the policy process and the classification system of the sports industry policy. This paper tries to study the expressive form of sports service industry policy and policy implementation, evaluate the im- plementation effect of the sports service industry policy in current Jiangsu Province, analyze the problems existing in the imple- mentation process of developing sports industry policy, and then puts forward the proposals.
