云南电大新进人员科研发展现状调查研究

摘　　要：本研究采用内容分析和问卷调查研究相结合的方法,对2010～2011年度云南广播电视大学新进人员科研发展现状及发展趋势进行调查研究。研究表明,新进人员具有强烈的科研发展意识,迫切希望学校为其提供科研发展的空间和平台;新进人员对科研团队建设有着强烈的需求;新进人员已具备一定的科研能力,但仍有待提升;新进人员科研发展趋势从宏观到微观、侧重于理论向理论与实践相结合转变,希望能在自我感兴趣的研究领域上得到提升和突破;自我发展与提升的需求和学校相关制度的支持力度是影响新进人员科研发展的最主要因素。The study researched and investigated the research status and development trend of the 84 new staffs that are hired by Yunnan Radio and TV University in the year of 2010 - 2011, by using the combined method of con- tent analysis and questionnaire. The research result shows that the new staffs have very strong consciousness of re- search and development and they hope that the school can provide research and development space and platform for them; the new staffs have strong demands on the construction of scientific research team; the new staffs have already had certain scientific research ability, but they still need to be improved; the new staffs＇ development trends have transferred from macroscopic view to microcosmic view and from theory -only study to theory - practice study. They hope that they can make development and breakthrough on the study field they are interested at. The main factors that affect the new staffs＇ research development are the demand of self - development and the system support from school.
