鼠神经生长因子治疗重症手足口病神经功能症状的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价鼠神经生长因子对改善重症手足口病患儿神经功能症状的临床疗效。方法:伴有神经系统症状的重症手足口病患儿100例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例。两组均给予常规综合治疗,治疗组在常规综合治疗基础上加用鼠神经生长因子20μg肌肉注射,1次/d,连用14 d为一疗程。对两组患儿的神经系统主要症状的改善情况进行比较。结果:治疗组神经系统症状的消退、改善时间分别为:易惊(5.8±0.6)d,肢体抖动(4.3±1.1)d,呕吐(2.3±0.4)d,尿潴留(3.1±0.3)d,神经性急性肌无力(7.4±1.8)d,治疗组症状改善时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率92.0%,对照组74.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼠神经生长因子能够明显改善重症手足口病患儿的神经功能症状。Objective： To observe clinical effects of mouse nerve growth factor on treatment of serious hand-foot-mouth disease. Method： One hundred patients with neurological symptoms of severe hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group equally. Two groups were given conventional treatment. Based on the conventional treatment, the thearapy of mouse nerve growth factor injection 20 μg intramuscularly, 1 time daily, 14 d for a course was given to the treatment group. The two groups of patients with neurological symptoms improvements were compared. Result： The time of neurological symptoms regression and improvement in the treatment group were easily frightened （5.8±0.6） d, limb shaking （4.3±1.1） d, vomiting （2.3±0.4） d, urinary retention （3.1 ±0.3 ） d, and neurogenic acute gravis （7.4± 1.8 ） d. The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving symptoms, there was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The clinical effective rate was statistically different between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Mouse nerve growth factor could improve nervous symptom of serious hand foot and mouth disease obviously.
