摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定防感喷雾剂中次野鸢尾黄素含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC进行测定,色谱柱为Agilent C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(60∶40);检测波长266 nm;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃。结果:次野鸢尾黄素在0.026~0.260 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000),平均加样回收率为97.12%,RSD为1.85%。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于防感喷雾剂中次野鸢尾黄素的含量测定。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of irisflorentin in Fanggan spray by HPLC. Methods: HPLC method was used to carry on the determination; chromatographic bar was Agilent C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (60 : 40). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with detection wavelength of 266 nm. Column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Results: The irisflorentin had a good linear relation between 0. 026 - 0. 260 mg/mL ( r = 1. 000 ). This average recovery was 97.12% and RSD was 1.85%. Conclusions: This method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used as a method for determination of irisflorentin in Fanggan spray.
