摘 要:根据近几年我国执行不同治超政策地区测点的车辆荷载实测数据,对不同跨径简支和连续桥梁的车辆荷载效应进行了计算和统计分析,建立了不同治超政策地区车辆荷载效应的概率模型。采用本文建立的车辆荷载效应模型,分析了不同政策下钢筋混凝土桥梁的可靠指标。分析表明,不同治超政策地区的车辆荷载效应的截口分布均服从多峰分布,概率密度函数可用1个对数正态和多个正态概率密度的加权和表示;设计基准期内的最大值分布为单峰分布。按本文建立的车辆荷载效应模型计算的桥梁可靠指标均不满足《公路工程结构可靠度设计统一标准》规定的目标可靠指标。Based on the vehicle load data measured in different overload treatment policy areas recently, the vehicle load effects of multi-span simply supported and continuous bridges were calculated and statistical analysed. The probability models of vehicle load effects in different overload treatment policy areas were developed. Based on these probability models, the reliability indexes of reinforced concrete bridges in different overload treatment policy areas were analyzed. The analysis result indicates that the arbitrary-time point distribution of vehicle load effects in different overload treatment policy areas follows a multi-peak distribution, the probability density function can be expressed by the weighted sum of a lognormal probability density and several normal probability densities, and the maximum distribution in design reference period follows a single peak distribution. The bridge reliability indexes calculated by the developed vehicle load effect model always cannot satisfy the target reliability Design of Engineering Structures. index required by Unified Standard for Reliability
