摘 要:目的 :观察糖尿病肾病患者不同病理时期血中胰岛素样生长因子 I(IGF I)、尿中表皮生长因子 (EGF)含量的变化 ,及其与糖化血红蛋白A1c(GHbA1c)、生长激素 (GH)、病程的关系。方法 :IGF I、EGF、GH测定采用放射免疫法 ,GHbA1c测定采用微柱法。结果 :早期糖尿病肾病者体内IGF I、EGF水平较正常人升高 ;晚期糖尿病肾病者IGF I、EGF水平较正常人明显下降。结论 :IGF I。Objective The investigation was desinged to observe the changes in the serum levels of insulin like growth factor I(IGF?I),urinary excretion of epidermal growth factor(EGF) at different stages of diabetic nephropathy.Methods The levels of IGF?I and EGF were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results Serum IGF?I and urinary EGF levels significantly increased in early stage of diabetic nephropathy group compared to those of the normal control( P <0.01,0.05 repectively).On the other hand,the serum levels of IGF?I and urinary EGF were significantly decreased in late stage of diabetic nephropathy compared to those of the normal group( P <0.01,0.05 respectively).Conclusion IGF?I and EGF might be involved in the development of diabetes mellitus and diabetic nephropathy.
