摘 要:目的观察丹酚酸/丹参酮配伍对凝血酶诱导人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)细胞炎症因子P-selection、E-selection的影响。方法培养HUVEC细胞,设空白对照组、凝血酶损伤模型组、丹酚酸/丹参酮配伍50μg/L组、丹酚酸/丹参酮配伍100μg/L组。采用ELISA法检测细胞上清液中P-selection、E-selection含量。结果丹酚酸/丹参酮配伍50μg/L、100μg/L均可显著降低经凝血酶诱导而升高的P-selection含量(P<0.01),丹酚酸/丹参酮配伍100μg/L可显著降低经凝血酶诱导而升高的E-selection含量(P<0.05)。结论丹酚酸/丹参酮配伍可通过抑制炎症因子P-selection、E-selection表达而抗凝血酶诱导的HUVEC炎症损伤。Objective To observe the effect of salvianolic acid/tanshinones compatibility on thrombin induced human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) P selection and E selection. Methods HUVEC cells were cultured and divided into blank control group,thrombin injury model group, salvianolic acid/tanshinones 50 μg/L group, salvianolic acid/tanshinones 100 μg/I, group. The contents of P selection and E selection in culture supernatants were detected by ELISA. Results Compared with thrombin injury model group, the content of P selection was decreased in salvianolic aeid/tanshinones 50 μg/L group and salvianolic acid/tanshinones 100 /μg/L group(P〈0.01). The content of E selection was decreased in salvianolic acid/tanshinones 100 μg/L group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The satvianolic acid/tanshinones compatibility could ameliorate thrombin induced HUVEC inflammatory injury through inhibition of the inflammatory cytokines P selection and E selection expression.
