摘　　要：[目的]探索上臂穿刺置管对减少经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)所致机械性静脉炎的影响。[方法]对2010年4月—2010年9月实施PICC置管病人采取手臂肘上区域穿刺。[结果]与2009年4月—2009年9月行PICC置管的病人进行比较,机械性静脉炎的发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。[结论]上臂穿刺置管能明显减少PICC置管后机械性静脉炎的发生。Objective：To probe into the influence of upper arm puncture and intubation on reducing peripherally inserted central venous catheter（PICC） -caused mechanical phlebitis. Methods： Intervention group patients re- ceived the guidance and supervision in accordance with the scheduled inter- ventions, the control group cases used traditional methods to select the puncture site, then the incidence and severity of phlebitis between the two groups were compared. Results： The incidence and severity of mechanical phlebitis in intervention group were significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The upper arm puncture and intuba- tion can significantly reduce the PICC- caused mechanical phlebitis.
