摘 要:污染场地是工业发展过程中出现的又一重要污染源。以某市铬渣污染场地土地复垦为例,采用美国环保局人类健康风险评估方法对铬渣污染场地进行健康风险评估,探讨污染场地健康风险评估在土地复垦中的应用。将该污染场地今后的复垦方式拟定为工业用地和住宅用地,通过对不同土地复垦方式的下敏感人群健康风险的评估,给相关土地规划部门做出土地复垦方向提供科学依据,从而实现最大限度的、合理的利用土地。Contaminated sites pose new challenges , in terms of pollution sources, for land reclaimation and redevelopment. The study conducted human health risk assessment for reclaimed chrome waste storage site, using Human Health Risk Assessment Guidance recommended by the United States Environmental Protection Administration (EPA), with the aim to gain some experience in contaminated site reclamation. In this paper, the author set the future reclaimed land mode as industrial land as well as residential land, the health risk assessments subsequently conducted for susceptive population under land reclamation models. Finally, the conclusion was drawn and evaluation resuits prove to be very valuable for appropriate land reclamation.
