摘　　要：概述了学科馆员的产生背景和发展现状,在剖析学科馆员的主要职责和学科化服务主要特征的基础上,围绕学科馆员的队伍建设、学科化服务的组织保障、学科化服务的基本模式等,探讨了优化学科馆员的学科化服务。After a description of the background and status quo of subject librarians, how to optimize the subject service of subject librarians was studied according to the analysis of their main duties and the major characteristics of subject service, construction of subject librarian team, organization support and basic model of subject service.
