摘　　要：对2007-2011年在我国申请A61K39疫苗类公开发明专利和国内36家疫苗主要生产企业1985年以来申请的公开发明专利信息进行了分析,结果表明,美国、日本和瑞士等国已成为我国申请A61K39疫苗类发明专利的主要竞争对手,中国农业科学院哈尔滨兽医研究所等15家申请(专利权)人在疫苗领域占有技术优势,中国医学科学院医学生物学研究所和中生股份的疫苗研发实力较强,具有创新潜力。Information of A61K39 vaccines invention patents applied by foreign countries in 2007-2011 and apphed by 36 domestic enterprises from 1985 was analyzed, which showed that USA, Japan and Swiss, etc, are the major competitors for the application of A61 K39 vaccines invention patents, 15 patent right holders including Harbin Institute of Veterinary Medicine （Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences） have the technological advantages in the field of vaccines, Institute of Medical Biology （Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences） and Biossino Joint-Stock Company possess a rather strong strength and an innovative potential in research and development of vaccines.
