摘　　要：目的 :总结用咽鼓管导管治疗慢性卡他性中耳炎的疗效。方法 :用咽鼓管导管治疗慢性卡他性中耳炎 39例、56耳。结果 :治疗前听力丧失 (HL )平均 52 .4± 7.2 d B,治疗后平均为 37.0± 7.2 d B,差异有高度显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1 )。按听力提高 1 0 d B HL为有效 ,计 51耳 ,有效率为 91 .1 %。鼓室功能曲线治疗前 B型 33耳 ,C型 1 8耳 ,治疗后该两型减少 ,出现了较多的 As型。结论 :本法能改善慢性卡他性中耳炎患者的咽鼓管功能 ,提高听力。Objective:To summarize the effect of the treatment for the chronic catarrhal otitis media with the eustachian catheter.Method:39 cases of 56 ears suffered from chronic catarrhal otitis media were treated by the eustachian catheter.Result:The average hearing loss before treatment was in 52.4±7.2dB HL and that after treatment was in 37.0±7.2dB HL,the difference was apparently significant(P<0.001).The effective rate was 91.1%(51/56)according to following standard that the hearing increased 10dB after treatment was regarded as effective. Tampanograms before treatment presented the B type for 33 ears and C type for 18 ears, and that of 22 ears of them after treatment had been changed into As type.Conclusion:This method can improve the function of the eustachian catheter of the patients sufferring from chronic catarrhal otitis media and can increase the hearing.
