护理临床路径在老年口腔癌手术患者健康教育中的实施及效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理临床路径在老年口腔癌患者围手术期健康教育的实施及效果。方法:80例老年口腔癌患者随机分成2组,观察组采用护理临床路径进行健康宣教,对照组采用传统方法进行健康宣教。结果:观察组患者疾病术前术后知识掌握率和护理服务满意度均优于对照组。结论:应用护理临床路径开展健康宣教,提高了患者对疾病知识掌握和患者对护理服务的满意度。Objective： To study the implement and effect of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative health education of the elderly oral cancer patients. Methods： 80 aged oral cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group accepted clinical nursing pathway for health education, and control group accepted routine daily care. Results： the mastery of the knowledge both before and after the surgery and the patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group were superior to those in control group. Conclusion： the implement of clinical nursing pathway in health education improve the patients＇ mastery of the knowledge of the disease and the patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care.
