老年原发性高血压与胰岛素抵抗关系的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨老年高血压病与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。　 方法 　对无糖尿病老年高血压病患者 6 0例、正常血压者 (对照组 ) 6 0例的空腹血糖 (FBG)、胰岛素 (FINS)和胰岛素敏感性指数 (ISI)进行对比。　 结果 　高血压组和对照组的FBG、FINS、ISI均无明显差异 (均P >0 0 5 ) ,按是否肥胖进一步分组分析 ,肥胖者中高血压组ISI明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。　 结论　无糖尿病的老年人高血压病患者总体上不存在高胰岛素血症和胰岛素抵抗 ,但在高血压病患者中的肥胖者则显示胰岛素敏感性降低的倾向。Objective To explore the relationship between senile hypertension and insulin resistance. Methods Fasting plasma glucose,insulin and insulin-sensitivity index were determined in sixty cases of elderly hypertensive patients without diabetes and the results were compared with 60 cases of elderly health subjects. Results There was no significant difference in fasting plasma glucose,insulin and insulin-sensitivity index between the two groups( P >0 05),while insulin-sensitivity index was obviously lower in the obese hypertensive group than in the control group( P <0 05). Conclusions These results suggest that the elderly hypertensive patients without diabetes do not present hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance,but the obese patients with hypertension tend to show low insulin sensitivity.
