摘  要:随着胎儿出生体重的增加 ,难产率逐渐升高 ,如何降低难产率是值得探讨和研究的问题。本文通过 335例孕妇临床资料分析 ,结果发现出生体重与孕妇身高、孕周、孕前体重、体质指数 (BMI)、孕早中期 (≤ 2 6 2 7周 )平均增重量、分娩前体重、孕期总增重量和主食量有关。分娩方式与孕妇年龄、孕前体重、BMI和分娩前体重有关。Objectvie:The purpose of this study was to examine these factors (included age ,weeks,height,prepregnancy weight,body mass indes,weight gain during pregnancy,diet and rest) on influence of birth weight and delivery.Metholds:Data came from a retrospective study a total of 335 nulliparas who were delivery after 37 until 41 +6 gestational weeks with a single live fetus.Linear regression analysis, t-test and rank sum test,analysis of variance were used.Results:Birth weight was correlated to gestational weeks,height,BMI,the gain the first and second trimester,total weight gain and deit.Mode of delivery way was correlated to age, prepregnancy weight,BMI and predelivery weight.Conclution:Both monitoring weight gain in the first and second trimesters and diet control may be important to reduce imcrosomia.
