摘　　要：糖尿病独立于冠心病、高血压之外,直接促进心脏结构/功能改变称为糖尿病心肌病(DC),胰岛素作用减弱和高血糖是其主要病因。完善DC的诊断方法可以帮助早期诊断和正确治疗。The direct damage of diabetes to cardiac structure/function in the absence of ischemic heart disease, hypertension or other cardiac pathologies is termed diabetic cardiomyopathy （D C）. Decreased effect of insulin and hyperglycemia are the main causes of DC. The diagnostic strategies for DC may help identify the disease in early stage and direct proper therapy.
