摘　　要：内地对港澳出口,兼具贸易与供应的双重功能。新中国成立后,中国政府对港澳居民日常生活必需品始终保证供应。经长期的实践探索,逐步形成"举国体制"的供应体系和成熟有效的管理制度。内地对港澳地区的出口供应,体现了中国共产党对港澳地区"长期打算,充分利用"的工作方针,具有全局性和战略高度。在经济上,不仅要利用港澳通道发展对外贸易,更重要的是确保我国商品在港澳市场的绝对优势。在政治上,对港澳同胞进行群众性的政治思想教育并团结港澳华商;维持与港英当局既斗争又合作的关系,与盘踞台湾的国民党当局进行斗争;同时,港澳还是中国开展外交和国际斗争的平台和阵地。Mainland＇ s export to Hong Kong and Macao has dual functions of trade and supply. After the founding of new China, Chinese government always guaranteed the supply of Hong Kong and Macao residents＇ daily neces- sities. By the long-term practice and exploration, the supply gradually forms a nationwide system and a mature and effective management system. Mainland＇ s export supply to Hong Kong and Macao embodies the CPC＇ s working policy of ＂making long-term plans and taking full advantages＂ to Hong Kong and Macao with global and strategic heights. Economically the CPC not only makes use of Hong Kong and Macao channel to develop foreign trade, more importantly, ensures Chinese goods＇ absolute superiority in the markets of Hong Kong and Macao. Politically the CPC carries out mass political and ideological education to Hong Kong and Macao compatriots and unites with Chinese businessmen there and maintains the relations of both struggle and cooperation with British authorities in Hong Kong. At the same time, Hong Kong and Macao region is the platform and position for China to carry out diplomatic and international struggles.
