摘　　要：植树造林与林木保护是陕甘宁边区政府工作的要政,是从边区建立到结束一以贯之的一项运动。然而,陕甘宁边区的历史留给后人的却是"兄妹开荒"、毁林种地,当年重视植树造林、林木保护的工作被湮没了。还原陕甘宁边区植树造林与林木保护的历史,既可以看到走向成熟的中国共产党的强烈生态文明意识,又可以懂得生态保护和生态环境建设取得实效的根基在于人们的生计必须得到有效的保障,还可以明白陕甘宁边区植树造林与林木保护的经验教训具有深远的影响。Afforestation and forest protection was the important political affairs in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region and a consistent campaign from the establishment of border region to the end. However, the history of the border region left the impressions of ＂opening up wasteland by brothers and sisters＂ and deforestation and farming to the descendants, and afforestation and forest protection which given great importance at that time was forgotten. Restoring the history of afforestation and forest protection in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region, we can not only see the maturing CPC＇ s strong sense of ecological civilization, understand that the foundation of obtain actual effects for ecological protection and ecological environment construction is to effectively protect the livelihood of the people, and realize that the experience and lessons of afforestation and forest protection in the Shaanxi-Gansu- Ningxia Border Region have a profound impact.
