摘　　要：本文尝试修订和补充现有国际音标简表,提出增删建议,并设计出新的编排方法。重点包括:内爆音移至肺部气流辅音表;取消"其他辅音表",其中塞擦音纳入辅音表,双部位音(协同)尽量收入辅音表;区分前硬腭音与后硬腭音;增加舌尖和卷舌元音;细分、调整和增减超音段符号和附加符号并据分类重新组织编排。This paper attempts to revise and supplement the present IPA chart, putting forward suggestions on the addition and removal of specific symbols, and devising new arrangements. The revisions and arrangements focus on the following aspects： removing the implosives to pulmonic consonants; deleting the chart of other consonants, wherein the affricates will be included in the consonant chart, and the sounds involving two places of articulation （co-articulated） will be included as far as possible in the chart of consonants; distinguishing pre-palatal and post-palatal sounds; adding apical and retroflex vowels; sub-dividing, adjusting as well as adding and removing suprasegemental symbols and diacritics, and rearranging them according to the classifications of these symbols and diacritics.
