摘　　要：渔业科技成果转化是联系科技与渔业生产的纽带和桥梁,为实现经济持续健康快速的发展起到了重要的支撑作用。渔业科技成果转化率是反映渔业科技成果转化效率的重要指标。新的形势下加强渔业科技成果转化率的研究工作具有其特殊的意义。本文通过运用模糊综合评价法深入分析和评价"十一五"某水产科研院所的科技成果转化率,为进一步研究渔业科技成果转化率的评价体系与理论方法提供一些借鉴和参考。The transformation of scientitic-tecnnotogxca between fishery science-technology and production, and plays an important role to realize the economy developing rapidly and continuously. The transformation indicator of achievements of science- technology is the important indicator of sciencetechnology transformation efficiency. Under the new situation, to strengthen the research of scientific and technological achievementsUnder the new situation, to strengthen the research of scientific and technological achievements transformation work has its special significance. With the method of FCE, the paper gave the detailed analysis and evaluation of the transformation indicator of scientific-technological achievements of an fishery research institute, to provide the reference for the further research of the assessment system theory and methods of fishery science-technology achievements transformation.
