摘 要:目的研究黄杞(Engelhardtia roxburghiana wall.)叶的化学成分。方法黄杞叶经溶剂提取和萃取粗分后,用硅胶柱色谱法分离单体成分,用1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS等方法鉴定结构。结果从黄杞叶中分离并鉴定了13个化合物:花旗松素(1),5,7,4'-三羟基二氢黄酮(2),山柰酚(3),二氢山柰酚(4),槲皮素(5),异黄杞苷(6),黄杞苷(7),落新妇苷(8),异落新妇苷(9),山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(10),5,7-二羟基色原酮-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(11),5-羟基-3,7,3',4'-四甲氧基黄酮(12),槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(13)。结论化合物2,4,9,11,12为首次从该植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of the leaves of Engelhardtia roxburghiana. METHODS Af- ter the plant materials were extracted and fractionated with solvents, column chromatography was used to isolate and purify the compounds. The structures were elucidated on the basis of 1H-NMR, 13 C-NMR, MS analysis and comparison with the literature data. RESULTS Thirteen compounds were identified as following : taxilfolin ( 1 ), 5,7,4'-trihydroxy flavanone ( 2 ), kaempferol ( 3 ), dihydrokaempferol (4), quercetin ( 5 ), isoengeletin ( 6 ), engeletin ( 7 ), astilbin ( 8 ) , isoastilbin ( 9 ), kaempferol-3-O-a-L-rhamnoside ( 10 ), eucryphin( 11 ), 5-hydroxy-3 ,7 ,3' ,4'-tetramethoxyflavone( 12), quercetin-3-O-a-L-rhamnoside(13). CONCLUSION Compounds2, 4, 9, 11 and 12 were identified from the title plant for the first time.
