新型O,O-二苯基-α-(5-氟尿嘧啶-1-基-乙酰基)氨基-芳基膦酸酯的合成及表征

摘　　要：以5-氟尿嘧啶-1-基乙酸为原料,1-乙基-3-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐(EDCI)为缩合剂,N-羟基苯并三氮唑(BtOH)为辅助试剂,与中间体α-氨基膦酸酯类化合物反应,得到了标题化合物,并经IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,31PNMR和ESI-MS确认了其结构。生物活性测试的结果表明,目标化合物对BEL-7402、HL-60有较弱的抑制作用。The object compound was synthesized from 5-flu- orouracil-1-yl acetic acid and the intermediate of a-amino phosphonate with 1 -ethyl-3-（ 3-dimethylaminopropyl ） carbodi- imide hydrochioride（EDCI） as condensation reagent and N- hydroxybenzotriazole（HOBt） as auxiliary reagent. The struc- ture was confirmed by IR, ^1HNMR, ^13CNMR, ^31PNMR and ESI-MS. The result of the biological test shows that the com- pounds 3a,3b have weak antitumor activities to BEL-7402, HL-60.
