摘 要:以环辛酮和苯酚为原料,β-巯基丙酸为助催化剂,通入干燥的氯化氢气体在常温常压下反应制得标题化合物,其结构经红外、核磁共振氢谱和质谱确认正确。研究表明:氯化氢气体催化效果明显好于其他酸催化剂,硫醇/酚类化合物是有效的助催化剂,加热对反应不利。最佳反应条件为:n(环辛酮)∶n(苯酚)∶n(β-巯基丙酸)=1∶5∶0.1,干燥氯化氢气氛,无溶剂条件下,室温常压反应5 d,产率81.0%。1,1 -Bis (4-hydroxyphenyl) cyclooctane is a bisphe- nol with cycloalkyl moiety and a monomer for polyester. 1,1 - Bis(4-hydroxyphenyl) cyclooctanc was synthesized from cy- clooctanone and phenol,using dried hydrogen chloride gas as catalyst,β-mercaptopropionic acid as cocatalyst, at room tem- perature and ordinary pressure. The structure of 1, 1-bis (4- hydroxyphenyl) cyclooctane was confirmed with IR, ^1HNMR and MS. The results indicate that hydrogen chloride gas is better than other acids, mercaptans/thiophenols are efficiency cocatalyst and heating is unfavourable for the reaction. The optimized reaction condition was n (cyclooctane) : n (phenol) : n (β-mercaptopropionic acid) = 1 : 5 : 0. 1, absence of solvent, react at room temperature and ordinary pressure under dried hydrogen chloride gas atmosphere for 5 days, and the yield was 81.0%.
