摘 要:建立了一种以磁性液体为感应元件的水平传感器的数学模型,利用数值模拟的方法对传感器的输出特性进行研究,并通过实验对数值模拟结果进行验证。结果表明:数值模拟与实验结果基本一致。当结构参数确定之后,该种传感器的输出电压信号及灵敏度正比于磁性液体的磁化系数、激励信号的输入电压有效值、激励信号的输入频率;输出电压信号与被测倾角呈线性关系,而灵敏度则与被测倾角大小无关;输入频率信号的适合取值范围为500~2000Hz。This paper deduced detection principles of one kind of inductive level sensor based on magnetic fluid. An approach of numerical simulation for simulating output characteristics of this kind sensor was proposed. The results of the simulation were verified by an experimental test and there is a good correlation between the two results. It shows that, after structural parameters are decided, the output voltage and sensitivity of this level sensor are all linear with magnetic susceptibility, with the peak value of driving current,and with pumping frequency whose appropriate span is as 500-2000Hz. Meanwhile, output voltage signal is linear with level tilt angle while the sensitivity is independent with it.
