摘  要:智能完井技术是一项集动态监测、实时控制与生产优化为一体的系统技术,在复杂结构井、油气藏复杂井和海上油气井的优化生产、控制开采、减少修井作业及提高采收率等方面具有显著的优势。在介绍智能完井技术的工作原理、装备结构和特点基础上,重点就研制的关键技术装备,包括井下多级液控遥控阀、穿越式封隔器、动态监测系统等进行了阐述。现场试验结果表明,研制的智能完井系统可以实现井下动态实时监测及各层段流量控制,井下液控阀可以实现遥控功能,多级调节流量的效果明显;光纤动态监测系统读取数据准确、稳定、可靠,满足现场要求;智能完井管柱顺利下井并投产,完井工艺通过了现场检验。The intelligent completion technology is a kind of system technology which integrates dynamic monitoring, real-time control and production optimization. It has its own remarkable strengths in complex structure well, petroleum reservoir complex well, optimized production of offshore oil and gas well, controlled recovery, reduction of workover operating and improvement of recovery rate. On the basis of introducing the operating principle, equipment structure and feature of the technology, the paper expounds the key technologies and equipments of the development, including downhole multistage hydraulic remote control valve, crossing packer, and dynamic monitoring system. The field test shows that the independently developed intelligent completion system can achieve down- hole dynamic real-time monitoring and flowrate control of different layer sections. The downhole hydraulic valve can achieve the function of remote control. The effect of multistage flowrate regulation is remarkable. The fiber dynamic monitoring system is precise, stable and reliable in reading data, satisfying the field requirement. The intelligent well completion string ran into hole and was put into production smoothly and the completion technology passed the field examination.
