摘  要:针对大港埕海联合站2μm以下的悬浮物含量偏高导致回注水质超标的问题,提出采用中空纤维超滤膜过滤技术予以解决。对中空纤维超滤膜进行了试验研究,试验结果表明,装置出水含油质量浓度≤1 mg/L,悬浮物质量浓度≤1 mg/L,粒径中值≤1μm,超滤膜过滤效果显著,满足埕海油田回注水的标准。针对超滤膜在油田应用中不耐油污的问题,提出了采用错流过滤的方法和"清水正冲洗→除油剂浸泡→循环"的清洗再生方式,处理效果显著。该项研究结果可为我国低渗透、超低渗透油田回注水处理问题提供借鉴。The content of the suspended substances which are lower than 2 μm are too high in the gathering station of Dagang Chenghai, which causes the reinjection water quality to exceed the specified standard. Therefore, it is proposed that the hollow fiber uhrafiltration membrane technology is adopted to solve the problem. An experimental study of hollow fiber uhrafihration membrane was conducted. The experimental findings show that the oil mass concentration of the water produced by the device is less than or equal to 1 mg/L, the suspension content mass concentration is less than or equal to 1 mg/L, and the median of particle is less than or equal to 1 p.m. The filtering effect of the membrane is remarkable, satisfying the standard of reinjection water in Chenghai Oilfield. As for the prob-lem that the membrane is not resistant to oil pollution in oilfieid application, two methods were proposed. One is adoption of cross-flow filtration; the other is the washing-regenerating mode of "fresh water flushing and deoiling agent soak circulation" . The processing effect is remarkable. The research findings can offer a reference for dealing with the problem of reinjection water treatment in low-perme-ability and uhra-low-permeability oilfields in China.
