摘 要:目的探讨氧化锌(ZnO)溶胶-凝胶电化学生物传感器的电化学性能及液相检测影响因素。方法自主构建电化学生物传感器,固载ZnO溶胶-凝胶的玻碳电极为工作电极;饱和甘汞Ag/AgCl电极为参比电极;铂电极为对电极。观测缓冲液不同pH值、不同扫描电位下修饰电极电化学行为的变化规律。结果传感器修饰电极随着缓冲液pH值、扫描电位的变化而有明显的改变,当pH为7.4、扫描电位为0~0.6v时,其电化学响应最强。结论成功构建了ZnO溶胶-凝胶电化学生物传感器检测系统,并探索优化了电化学生物传感器检测影响因素。OBJECTIVE To investigate the influential factors in the detection system of the ZnO Sol-gel electrochemical sensors in liquid phase.METHODS The electrochemical biosensors were established,ZnO sol-gel glassy carbon electrode was immobilized as the working electrode,calomel Ag/AgCl electrode was saturated as the reference electrode,platinum electrode as the counter electrode.The electrochemical behavior of electrochemical sensors changes were evaluated in different pH values and scanning potentials.RESULTS The electrochemical behavior of electrochemical sensors has markedly changed in accordance with pH value and scanning potential change.When the applied potential ranged from 0v to 0.6v and the pH value was 7.4,the biosensor exhibited the best electrochemical response.CONCLUSION We have constructed the detection system of ZnO sol-gel electrochemical biosensors and investigated interfere factors of the biosensor.
