艾滋病肺部感染患者T淋巴细胞亚群及血脂的变化研究

摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病(AIDS)肺部感染患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及血脂的变化规律。方法选取2008年3月-2011年12月17例的AIDS肺部感染患者为观察组,同期的17例单纯肺部感染患者为对照组,将两组患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及血脂水平进行检测及比较。结果观察组的CD3+、CD4+、CD4/CD8比值及HDL-C水平均分别为(45.36±5.14)%、(5.23±1.21)%、0.18±0.05及(0.68±0.07)mmol/L,CD8+、LDL-C、TG及TC水平分别为(41.56±4.96)%、(2.93±0.53)mmol/L、(2.83±0.23)mmol/L及(3.83±0.16)mmol/L,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AIDS肺部感染患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及血脂呈现紊乱状态,可以作为了解疾病的重要方面,应给予足够重视。OBJECTIVE To investigate the law of change of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and lipid in the AIDS patients with pulmonary infections.METHODS A total of 17 AIDS patients with pulmonary infections from Mar 2008 to Dec 2011 were set as the observation group,and 17 patients with simple pulmonary infections at the same period were set as the control group.The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and lipid levels for the two groups of patients were taken for testing and comparison.RESULTS The CD3＋,CD4＋,the ratio of CD4and CD8 and the average HDL-C level of the observation group were（45.36±5.14）%,（5.23±1.21）%,（0.18±0.05） and（0.68±0.07） mmol/L.The CD8＋,LDL-C,TG and TC levels were（41.56±4.96）%,（2.93±0.53） mmol/L,（2.83±0.23） mmol/L,and（3.83±0.16）mmol/L,as compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and lipid in the AIDS patients with pulmonary infections show the disordered state,which can be used as an important aspect of the understanding of disease,thus it should be attached great importance.
