摘　　要：目的探讨脉动真空蒸汽灭菌器在运行中出现故障后的准确判断及处理。方法对2009-2011年灭菌器物理监测过程中的异常曲线图进行整理分类并加以回顾性分析,阐述其故障原因及处理原则。结果两年内脉动真空灭菌器共运行4476锅次,其中共出现45次不同的曲线图,经查找故障原因分别给予不同的维修处理。结论脉动真空灭菌器工作中出现故障是常见现象,在临床中通过发现问题解决问题并不断总结经验,对今后的工作具有指导意义。OBJECTIVE To investigate the accurate judgment and disposal of pulsating vacuum steam sterilizer after the failure.METHODS The abnormal curves of the physical surveillance of sterilizer from 2009 to 2011 were respectively analyzed,the causes of the failure and the disposal principles were defined.RESULTS A total of 4476 pots of pulsating vacuum sterilizers run,among which there were 45 different curves,the causes of the failures were found and the different repairs were carried out.CONCLUSION The failure is common for the pulsating vacuum steam sterilizer when it runs;to find out the problems during the clinical practice and then constantly sum up the experience has great significance for the guidance of future work.
