消毒供应科向集中式管理模式转型的研究

摘　　要：目的调查医院传统分散式管理模式现状,提出向集中式管理模式转型的学科建设发展新观念,保证医疗安全。方法调查医院内自制自备待灭菌包的科室分布及临床科室与消毒供应科各自完成自备待灭菌包现状。结果全院82个专业科室,56.10%的科室有自制的待灭菌包,其中,清洗、包装、灭菌为临床科室与消毒供应科分别承担完成服务范畴;通过调研,提出集中式供应管理,以开展医院感染专项管理为切入点,建立督导协调台,对全院自制待消毒灭菌包逐一为专科器械量身设计,制定了集中式管理下的回收、清洗、包装、灭菌、周转基数保存、发放等工作流程,使其整改、转交、承接有序进行。结论确立了学科建设向专业化、标准化、规范化的集中管理模式,提高了工作效率,保证了医疗安全。OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of the traditional disseminated management mode in the hospital so as to propose a new idea about the transmission to the centralized management mode and safeguard the medical procedure.METHODS The self-designed packages to be sterilized were investigated in the clinical departments and the current status of the sterilization packages completed in the clinical department and the sterile supply department was investigated.RESULTS Of 82 clinical departments in the whole hospital,56.10% had the self-designed sterilization package,the clinical departments and the sterile supply department shared the responsibility of the cleaning,packaging and the sterilization;the centralized supply mode was proposed through the investigation,the supervision and coordination channel was established by starting from the special item management of nosocomial infection,the self-designed sterilization packages were tailored for the special medical instruments,it has ensured the ordered and smooth rectification,delivery,and connection that the operation procedure concerning the recycling,cleaning,packaging,sterilization,turnover base preserving and delivery is established under the centralized management mode.CONCLUSION The establishment of specialized and standardized centralized management mode had improved the work efficiency and ensured the medical safety.
